WHAT NOT TO DO WHEN USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT

I could not help myself but to photograph this moment.
To make a story short, this person is on the bus (PUBLIC transport) with his/her groceries. The basket is IN THE MIDDLE of the way, where all passengers come and go.
Really, couldn't it more sensitive to have put the basket upward close to her/his legs? Even better in the empty space, next to the seat?
It reflects a problem in our society: the lack of sensitivity to others.
